Dr Caroline Stuart
Dr Caroline Stuart is a Sports and Urgent Care Doctor. Since graduating from the University Of Auckland Medical School in 2008 she has completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine with merit and is currently completing her Urgent Care Fellowship.
She splits her time between work as a Sports Doctor at HealthZone in the Millennium Institute of Sport and Urgent Care at Apollo Medical Centre.
As a newly retired high performance hockey player she spent nearly 15 years in New Zealand Hockey age-group and Black Sticks Squads, she has played nine seasons of New Zealand Hockey League and one of English Hockey League, giving her a unique understanding of athletes needs.
She has worked with the North Harbour Women's hockey team, NZ Breakers Basketball, Sydney Roosters NRL and is currently the Sports Doctor for the world champion New Zealand Surf Life Saving Team.
In her spare time Caroline enjoys trips to the beach and mountain biking in the Woodhill Forest with her husband and their border collie Trixie.
Caroline started working at Apollo Medical in late August 2014 and appreciates the friendly supportive team as well as the high quality facilities.
