ManageMyHealth Patient Portal change

Apollo Medical Centre has changed our patient portal from Health365 to ManageMyHealth.

ManageMyHealth is a comprehensive patient portal that is available via app and web. With ManageMyHealth™ you will be able to access your medical records online in a safe and secure environment on your computer or on any Android/ Apple mobile device.

All your past and existing Health Records at Apollo Medical Centre will be available on ManageMyHealth™ within a couple of hours of you completing your ManageMyHealth Activation.

Health365 Patient Portal access has been deactivated, so you will need to complete the ManageMyHealth Activation as soon as you receive it, to enable you to continue to have access to your medical records.  Otherwise please contact our reception and they will be able to process the registration changeover for you.

We do not provide access to the medical records of children under the age of 16 years through ManageMyHealth. Parental access to their child's notes actually requires the child's consent when that child is able to determine consent. There is no specific age as every child is different. The eportal system is not sufficiently sophisticated to respond to the changing nature of children- they grow quickly! 

Parents are able to access their children's notes manually by making a formal request to reception which is then referred to the doctor who knows the patients and families and is responsible for determining if the notes should be released to the parents.

The services that ManageMyHealth and Apollo Medical offer you will enable you to:

  • Book an appointment online (you can also book appointments through our website without needing to be registered with ManageMyHealth
  • Order repeat prescriptions (normal practice prescription charges apply)
  • Email your healthcare team (charges may apply up to $25 per question/request)
  • View your latest lab results
  • View your immunisation records
  • Access your medical records and medications

If you are not currently registered with the portal and this is something you would be interested in, please talk to one of our receptionists the next time you visit Apollo Medical. You will need to have a current email address for each user.   Please note registration on the portal is only available to patients enrolled with Apollo Medical.
