Registration Appointments for new and returning patients
At Apollo Medical we require all new patients to the practice to have a new patient appointment which we call your registration appointment. The registration appointment takes 30 minutes with our nurse, where she will obtain some basic medical measurements and information, get a full history of your health, your family history, and ensure that we have all your national screening data. All this information is important so that we can provide you with the very best health care. It also means that when you do require a consultation with your doctor, there is not a waste of precious time covering historical information, instead the time is spent addressing your current health concern.
At the registration appointment you will be given a patient information pack which contains all the information you need about our practice and accessing the best possible healthcare with us.
The registration appointment is FREE to all patients wishing to enroll. It is only available if you are eligible for New Zealand funded healthcare.
