Texting comes to Apollo Medical
With a view to improving communication between Apollo Medical and our patients we have recently introduced a texting system. You may now receive the texts regarding the following from our staff:
- Recalls
- Results
- Prescription / documents ready to collect
- Appointment reminders
- Messages from your doctor or nurse
All of our text messages are generic and will not contain health information particular to you. This is to protect your privacy. If you wish to know more details please phone us and speak to one of our nurses. It is important to ensure we have your current mobile number so that we can contact you by this method if required (update your number here). Alternatively if you do not wish to receive texts from us, please let our receptionists know and they will record you as “SMS opt-out”.
Our focus is to continually improve our service to you, so please give us feedback on this new system either when speaking to our staff or by sending feedback to our General Manager here.
