Dear Patients of Dr Derek Reinecke

This letter is to inform you that Dr Derek Reinecke has resigned from Apollo Medical.

At Apollo Medical we recognize the importance of continuity of care for our patients and the need for each patient to have their own GP.  As Dr Derek Reinecke has left Apollo Medical, you will now need to choose a new doctor.

 I am pleased to assure you all Apollo doctors provide the same level of excellent care and you are welcome to choose any of our doctors as your new GP. Initially the named doctor on your record will be Dr Andrew Lott. You may however transfer to another Apollo GP if you wish.  You can read more information on the Apollo doctors on our website www.apollomedical.co.nz

Please contact reception to inform them if you would like to choose a particular doctor so that the receptionist can identify your new doctor on your medical record. You can contact reception through your ManageMyHealth portal email, or emailing mc2.admin@apollomedical.co.nz or by calling reception on ph 09 477 3700
