New Pre-Payment Policy

Pre-Payment

Please note that beginning on the 18th of March, we will be implementing a pre-payment requirement for appointments or services for our patients, as part of a new policy introduced by Green Cross Health. If payment before your appointment poses a difficulty, inform our reception staff promptly. We'll arrange a suitable payment plan for you. 
 

In-person appointments:
If you are booking an appointment to see doctors/nurses in person, you now have the option to pay either via online banking or upon arrival at the front desk. Should you choose to pay on arrival, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 10 minutes before your appointment to process the payment. Following your consultation, if there are no additional charges incurred, you can promptly leave the medical centre. In the event of any discrepancies between the paid amount and the invoiced amount, our receptionist will be on hand to assist you after your consultation.

Repeat Prescription:
We are currently working on enabling the online payment tool on our patient portal ManageMyHealth. We anticipate implementing this tool within the next couple of weeks, and we will send you another notification once it has been completed. Once implemented, you will have the convenience of paying online when requesting your repeat prescriptions. In the event that your prescription request is declined by our clinicians for any reason, your payment will be sit as credit for future use.
