To ensure the smooth processing of our services and to encourage timely payments, we are introducing the following changes to our payment policies.
Late Payment Fee:
Starting from August 1, 2023, a Late Payment Fee of $10 will be applied to accounts that have not been settled within 5 working days from the service date. This fee is designed to reflect the additional administrative costs associated with handling overdue payments. We encourage you to make your payments on the day of service to avoid incurring this fee.
Furthermore, if an account remains unpaid for more than 30 days from the service date, an additional Administration Fee of $10 will be charged. This fee covers the additional administrative efforts required for managing overdue accounts that have not been resolved in a timely manner.
