Appointments with our doctors and nurses are in high demand. If you are unable to attend your appointment or no longer need it please advise reception as soon as possible via phone or email. The account holder will be charged a fee of $40.00 for any unkept and unnotified appointment. This fee will apply to all age groups including children and for all appointments including nurse appointments.
