  Our enrolled patients with CSC cards who book through https://book.unifyhealth.co.nz/ will be charged the usual fee of $19.50. Simply register then click on the orange CareHQ See A GP Now button. CSC cardholder discounts are automatically calculated.
  
  Enrolled patients without CSC card will be charged $69.95 when booking through https://book.unifyhealth.co.nz/. This is $10.00 discounted from the normal CareHQ consult charge.
