Christmas & New Year Holiday

Dear patients

As the holiday season approaches, we would like to inform you that The Doctors Apollo will be closed during the Christmas and New Year weeks. 

To ensure your continued access to medication, we kindly request that you take the following steps:

• Check Your Medication Status: Please review your current medication supply and assess whether you will require refills during the upcoming holiday weeks.
• Request a Medication Refill: If you anticipate needing a refill during the holiday period, we strongly encourage you to submit a request at least a week before our closure (Monday 18th December at the latest) or book an appointment with your GP if you are due for a medication review. This will help us process your request in a timely manner.
• Plan Ahead: Ensure you have enough medication to last through the holiday weeks and into the new year.
• Please note our holiday closure dates: 23 December 2023 – 7 January 2024

During this period, our clinic will not be open for regular appointments, prescription refills, or other non-urgent medical services.

We understand the importance of your health and wellbeing, and we apologize for any inconvenience our holiday closure may cause. We wish you a safe and enjoyable holiday season and look forward to continuing to serve your healthcare needs in the new year.

Changes to COVID19 restrictions

COVID-19 RAT tests are no longer required for your visit to our medical centre. However, our patient's health and safety remain our top priority. If you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, runny nose, we kindly request you to wear a mask while inside the medical centre.

Dr Larry Liao is joining the Team at The Doctors Apollo from 14 August 2023.

Beginning next week, we are excited to welcome Dr Larry Liao to our team at The Doctors Apollo. 
Dr Larry graduated from the University of Auckland in 2019 and has a special interest in paediatric medicine. Click here for more information.

You can continue booking your appointments, viewing lab results and requesting repeat prescriptions.
